Rosalie Cunningham’s music is inspired by musical beacons Pink Floyd and Deep Purple. The music is a unique, modern, groovy and original version of the psychedelic and progressive rock music of the 60s and 70s – with the addition of Rosalie Cunningham’s special sense of songwriting and thought-provoking lyrics.

Cunningham’s dark voice invites the listener on an alluring but unsettling journey into the deepest recesses of the human mind.  

Rosalie was previously the lead singer and founder of the successful band, Purson, who toured the UK, Europe, North America, and opened several times for KISS.
Rosalie Cunningham has released 2 albums, ”Rosalie Cunningham” (2019) and ”Two Piece Puzzle” (2022), both of which have received rave reviews.

We Are Wood is the music collective that takes you on a foggy journey . With convincing melodies and harmonies, We Are Wood shows with earlier EPs , the  2018 debut album  Heaven’s people, and with the recent  2022 album Violence, Drugs, and Love that they make a big effort to revive the 60s  genre with a blend of new elements ”- HYMN, Swedish online magazine for music and culture.

We Are Wood was formed in Gothenburg, however, members are not sure when it occurred. But with an ever-changing line-up, and unconditional love for music, the collective creates its own version, blends old with new, but also at the same time gazes into the future. With its appreciated live performances, this band will send you on a jangly, droning, sunny, but also a bit melancholy journey through music history, and take some pit stops along its path at its brightest moments.
